Hamburg based trombonist Felix Mayer dedicates himself to experimental music in its various forms playing in bands, collectives and ad-hoc groups. Recent projects include Duo’s with pianist Hans Schüttler and dancer Trinidad Martinez, 'EMN' - a composer-performer ensemble focusing on graphic scores, text and game pieces with Kristin Kuldkepp, Heiner Metzger and Christoph Funabashi, as well as the interdisciplinary performance project 'Everybody Birthdays' with Roland Wendling and Matthew Rogers, which works on the edges of improvised music, performance and dance.
