The 8-channel sound installation Kipppunkt deals with questions of individuality of perception and intimacy in the field of tension between loneliness and togetherness in private and public. Eight exciter speakers made the changing rooms of a former department store vibrate in their natural frequencies, becoming instruments that are influenced by the different postures of the visitors. Part of the sound material used consists of recordings made while working on the installation in the changing rooms and the entire building.
