Useful Volume (blue) is the first piece in a series of works exploring the associative and sound-generating potentials of trash cans and various packaging materials. The work was exhibited at Nachtspeicher23 in Hamburg from September 27 to October 11, 2024, as part of the group exhibition Mit Klang, alongside works by Mette Bjørndal, Peter Strickmann, Hyojung Yun, and Heiko Wommelsdorf, who also curated the exhibition.

Useful Volume (blue II), a three channel installation, is the second piece in the series and was exhibited at LTK4 in Cologne from November 27 to 30, 2024, as part of the group exhibition SOIRÉE SONIQUE #89 by Klangkolchose NRW alongside works by Maja Bosnic, Hyunju Oh and Marcus Jackson.

The third piece in the series, Useful Volume (brown), was shown in the group exhibition aufHÖREN (curated by Annet Stenzel) at xpon-art gallery, Hamburg, from May 31 to June 29, during the blurred edges festival.
